"God's Way"
Mawupemo is a ministry focused on sharing the love of Jesus by meeting the practical needs of the less fortunate children of Togoville. We are passionate about providing education for children who cannot afford school, offering food assistance to families in need, and building homes, sanitary bathroom facilities, and wells for those living in the most difficult conditions. Through these actions, we strive to bring hope, dignity, and the transformative love of Christ to those who need it most.

Growing up in Togoville, Togo, I witnessed the profound challenges children faced in accessing education. After relocating to the United States 14 years ago, I continued to visit my home village every two years, and each time, I saw the number of children without schooling grow. Poverty, neglect, and a lack of opportunity created a vicious cycle for these young lives.

In 2015, I decided to make a difference. I visited families in need, identifying the most vulnerable children—those living with grandparents or without proper food and shelter. I selected five children to support, covering their school tuition, food, and clothing.

Recognizing the importance of trust and accountability, I appointed a reliable local administrator, the village chief’s brother, to oversee the initiative. My mission is twofold: to provide these children with the education they deserve and to share the love of Jesus Christ with them and their families. I believe that through both education and faith, they can break free from the cycle of poverty and build a brighter future.

Each night, I am filled with peace, knowing that my efforts are not only providing opportunity but also bringing hope, faith, and the possibility of transformation into these children's lives.
